The Importance of Feedback

As a small, 100% independent online business it is a huge challenge competing with the likes of Amazon (in particular) and other popular online shopping destinations.

Real reviews and feedback kindly provided (without coercion) by existing happy customers is one way that levels the playing field. Such comments provide prospective new customers the that all-important reassurance that they are making a safe and secure purchase from a much smaller (and most likely previously unknown to them) reliable business such as The Soundtracks Shop.

That’s not all.

As store owner I work tirelessly to ensure that the shopping and so-called “user experience” that you encounter here is truly as positive as it can be. On those (very) rare occasions when something does go wrong, I also do absolutely everything with my power to rectify the situation to mutual satisfaction as soon as possible.
